Who’s the idiot that came up with the tipping rate card. First of all, we are in a new century, and secondly standard tipping for a wait staff should basically start at 20% and go from there. As for the tip being calculated ‘before’ tax? Who the hell is really that cheap that they can’t handle 20% of a $5.00 tax?
