Being around food service for many years, especially catering, we all know and should agree that the most that you tip a waiter is 15%, especially with the rise in food costs. The cooks do not receive tips and they really do not make any sort of big money. 20% is just outrageously absurd. $20 + /hour is not a bad earning.
