Do you pay 5% less for breakfast and lunch? In a hotel do you pay by the day or the week? Do you use an envelope or pay the individual in cash, and if you do use an envelope, what do you write on the envelope “Maid”? On a cruise you have 2 to 3 people to pay for your food and your room. Do pay the head for everybody or each individual? Same question about the envelope or in cash to the individual? What about tipping someone who brings you a drink at the pool? What is the etiquette for presenting the tip? I’m not good at palming which is what I was taught was correct so as not to embarass someone?
